This is a double success story!
After seeing Joette Fielding's name on a Remax sign in Oakville a couple of years ago I knew that I wanted to meet another Joette as we are a rarity. I had my opportunity to do so when I made the bitter/sweet decision to sell my townhouse in Mississauga last April. I had interviewed some agents, and then finally met Joette. Within minutes I decided that she would be listing my home.
Joette is the epitome of professionalism, dedication, enthusiasm, understanding, sincerity, kindness, knowledge and expertise in her realtor capacity including awesome negotiation skills.
I couldn't have asked for more and then got more anyway as Joette truly cared that in my "bitter/sweet situation" I still would be much better off owning a home instead of wasting money on rent. My wife and I were new to the Oakville area and really didn't know anything about the neighbourhoods.
