Average Sales Price increased 27.1 percent to $1,732,635 for Detached homes and increased 11.6 percent to $837,154 for Semi-Detached/Townhouse homes. Detached/Semi/Town Homes are selling in record time too. Average Days on Market decreased 33.3 percent to 24 for Detached homes and decreased 40.0 percent to 15 for Semi-Detached/Townhouse homes.
