Average Sales Price increased 65.7 percent to $2,168,850 for Detached homes, increased 18.5 percent to $949,558 for Semi-Detached/Townhouse homes and increased 3.1 percent to $614,537 for Condos. Detached/Semi/Town Homes are selling in record time too. Average Days on Market decreased 46.2 percent to 21 for Detached homes and decreased 58.8 percent to 14 for Semi-Detached/Townhouse homes.
