My OUTLOOK for the SPRING MARKET is get ready and prepare now as the Housing Market has started to change within the LAST WEEK in Oakville, specifically Glen Abbey. We are seeing consumer confidence back as interest rates are stable and low Inventory to meet the demand. Housing prices are on the RISE. An increase in Sale prices is forecasted from 2-8% in the Halton region but could be higher.

I just SOLD my client’s Gorgeous Executive home in GLEN ABBEY backing onto a ravine in 4 days for OVER LIST PRICE! with 61 showings and 15 OFFERS. This shows me that Buyers are now eager to move and purchase a home. We have a pool of Buyers now resuming their search before the SUPPLY and DEMAND tightens.

I know the stats continue to show declines in the market however actually house hunting with my Buyers shows me firsthand the homes that end up with less days on market and why.  Demand is rising quickly in Detached homes that present well, generating multiple offers, especially in the last few weeks in Oakville.
