Across all styles of homes in Oakville, the Average Sales Price increased! Average Sales Price increased 29.1 percent to $1,782,965  for Detached homes, increased 12.1 percent to $901,772 for Semi-Detached/Townhouse homes and increased 49.7 percent to $898,950 for Condos. Detached/Semi/Town Homes are selling in record time too.  Average Days on Market decreased 18.4 percent to 31 for Detached homes and decreased 52.3 percent to 21 for Semi-Detached/Townhouse homes. It’s a great time to sell in Oakville!
